You might get to meet at the farm… or bump into, while travelling elsewhere

Adnan (Adi) Vahanvaty

ChandraTal – The moon lake

The founder of the farm, the resident healer, meditation and movement guide answers an existential question by saying “we are here, to learn how to die, to be one with nature, is to live”.

An adventurous seeker he has scaled rocks, taken flight, rolled in rapids, free dived with turtles, descended canyons, experienced real hunger, gone deep within and come back as a student of life.

The farm for him is a place to work with nature and to share journeys so that we can learn from each other.

Her approach to guiding a Hath Yoga session is gentle “give the body a moment to accept and let go… It is this approach that allows for a deeper connection with the breath, body and mind”.
